Liz Moore & Associates Annual Cupcake Wars Event Raises Money for CHKD
Liz Moore & Associates will be holding their annual Cupcake Wars fundraiser this year on February 11th to once again raise money for the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters.
The first Liz Moore Cupcake Wars was held in 2011 and has grown in size each year.
Liz Moore and Associates has raised over $159,000 over the years for CHKD, much of that coming from Cupcake Wars.
“This has always been my favorite fundraiser,” says Liz Moore, “the agents and staff are so creative and come up with such clever ideas. Every year they out-do themselves!”
CHKD Health System offers a network of comprehensive pediatric services in more than 40 locations that stretch from Williamsburg to Elizabeth City, North Carolina. On the outpatient side, they offer primary care, diagnostic services, urgent care, emergency care, rehabilitative therapies, day surgery and care in more than 20 pediatric subspecialties. Inpatient care is offered at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters, Virginia's only comprehensive freestanding pediatric hospital.
