The new office marks an exciting step in the continued growth of the boutique brokerage, which has built its reputation on high-level support, strong culture, and a commitment to helping agents thrive.

Leading the Virginia Beach office as supervising broker is Donna Moyer, a respected industry leader with 29 years of real estate experience. Moyer is a Certified Mike Staver Coach, a three-time recipient of the Manager of the Year award from the Virginia Peninsula Association of REALTORS® and currently serves on the Board of Directors for REIN MLS.

“We are thrilled to expand into Virginia Beach with Donna at the helm,” said Liz Moore, President and Broker/Owner of Liz Moore & Associates. “She is an exceptional leader with a heart for coaching, a deep knowledge of the industry, and a genuine passion for helping agents succeed. She is exactly the kind of leader we want representing our brand in this important market.”

Liz Moore & Associates currently has four award-winning agents already working from Virginia Beach and plans to thoughtfully grow its presence there to 20 seasoned real estate professionals.

“Our goal has never been to be the biggest,” Moore said. “Our goal is to be home to the happiest and most productive agents on the planet. We believe Virginia Beach is a wonderful fit for our boutique approach, and we’re excited to build something special here.”

In addition to residential real estate services, the Virginia Beach office will also be home to a new property manager serving the company’s growing property management division.

The opening reflects Liz Moore & Associates’ continued expansion across Hampton Roads and Central Virginia while staying true to its boutique identity, personalized service, and agent-first philosophy.

Founded in 2003, Liz Moore & Associates has grown into a leading independent real estate brokerage with offices in Newport News, Williamsburg, Richmond, Kilmarnock, and now Virginia Beach. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, innovative marketing, and dedication to both client satisfaction and agent success.
