When selling your home, photography is very important, especially when it comes to first impressions. Most home buyers start their search online, so great photography is key to capturing their attention.
We will schedule a convenient time for your home to be photographed. Please make sure that all lights are on and ceiling fans are off prior to the arrival of the photographer. The photographer will want to get several angles of the front yard, so make sure there are no cars in the driveway or garbage cans visible.
Your agent will select photos for MLS and marketing based on their experience; if you would like to be involved in the selection of photos, please let them know in advance. If you have photos of different seasons that show off highlights of the property (flowering spring shrubs or colorful fall foliage), it is a nice extra touch to display a small photo album for prospective buyers to see.
Putting your home on the market can be overwhelming, so we’ve prepared this guide as an overview of what you can expect each step of the way when you list your home with Liz Moore & Associates.
