Jo Lewis joins Liz Moore & Associates as Managing Broker of its Midlothian Office
Liz Moore & Associates is thrilled to welcome back Jo Lewis as their new Managing Broker at their Midlothian branch, located at 14061 Midlothian Turnpike.
An accomplished real estate executive, Jo began her real estate career over 20 years ago in new construction with Centex Homes. Prior to that, this University of Richmond graduate honed her management skills in the insurance industry and has a proven ability to analyze problems and synthesize solutions. Lewis obtained her MBA from Averett University.
Over the years, Lewis has worked for Toll Brothers, StyleCraft Homes, Stanley Martin Homes, has represented local builders including Ray Williams Custom Homes and most recently, Perkinson Homes. In addition, Jo has enjoyed helping her clients with resale transactions, always negotiating the best deal possible for them and being a champion in their corner. Lewis earned her broker’s license in 2016, and closed over $18 million in sales volume in 2021.
Lewis returns to Liz Moore & Associates with a strong desire to meet agents where they are, and to help them maximize their potential and reach their real estate business goals, by fostering an environment of encouragement, education, innovation, respect, and professionalism.
