Collins Enterprises, Virginia Tech and the city of Newport News to build Tech Center at Oyster Point on 43 acres next to the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility, on the corner of Oyster Point Road and Jefferson Avenue.
Retailers at this $250 million development include Whole Foods, DSW, P.F. Chang's, Zoes Kitchen, Conte's Bike Shop, and more. The developers’ plan calls for launching the retail and residential portions of the project first, with offices and technical centers following closely behind.
