Top Selling Neighborhoods in Williamsburg

Posted by Lynnette Tully on Wed, Feb 12, 2014 @ 03:55 PM

As part of our new “Love Where You Live” marketing campaign, the first edition of our Liz Moore magazine featured the top ten selling neighborhoods in Williamsburg in 2013.  top selling Williamsburg neighborhoods

Our local real estate market has seen a significant recovery this past year, with closed transactions in Greater Williamsburg up significantly over the prior year. Inventory levels fell to below 6 months for the first time in the past 5 years last summer, although it has expanded again over the holiday months (which is typical for the season). And, although interest rates inched up a percentage point last year, rates are still at historically low levels, making home ownership as attractive as ever.

Williamsburg's top selling neighborhoods include Ford's Colony, Kingsmill, Whitehall, Colonial Heritage, New Town, Settlement, Braemar Creek, Governor's Land, Queens Lake and Brickshire.
