How many showings before I should expect an offer?

That’s a great question, and the answer depends on many factors. The National Association of REALTORS has conducted massive amounts of research on this topic, and concluded that if your property is properly ligumi.jpgpositioned in the market, you should expect an offer in the first 30 days or after 10 showings, whichever comes first. In the event that 30 days or 10 showings pass without an offer, then we will sit down in person and review our market position to see if changes need to be made.
