When you are selling your home, we know that you’re anxious for feedback after showings. All agents will be contacted to solicit their client’s feedback.

However, sometimes getting feedback can be a challenge, and so try not to get frustrated:

  • The agent and his or her clients may be on a whirlwind tour; if they’re in from out of town, they may be looking at homes from dawn until dusk, which means when the agent is finished for the day, there are many messages to be returned, and feedback is not usually at the top of the list.

  • Additionally, if the prospective buyer liked your home and it made the short list, some agents are not comfortable “showing their hand” prior to an offer.  So, in some cases, no feedback response may actually be a good thing.

Liz offers an incentive for timely agent feedback with a monthly drawing for $100 for all agents who show Liz Moore listings.

We always struggle with sharing negative feedback. But, in the end, it’s important that you understand why prospective buyers are passing on your property. Accordingly, we are going to pass along all feedback we receive – please don’t shoot the messenger!

Putting your home on the market can be overwhelming, so we’ve prepared this guide as an overview of what you can expect each step of the way when you list your home with Liz Moore & Associates.
