  • Months Supply of Inventory - 5.9
    Six months of inventory is considered a balanced market.  This lower inventory statistic indicates a busy seller's market.  
  • Current Median Sold Price - $177,888
    This number is up 1% over last July.
     
  • % of Sold Price to List Price - 97.12%
     
  • Average Days on Market - dropped to 91 days
     
  • Closed Sales - down 1%
