Whether you're a first time home buyer or you're flipping houses fast and furiously, making the process as efficient and stress-free as possible is a huge win for everyone involved. From getting approved for financing to finding the perfect home(s), to negotiating price, there's a lot of work to be done for both you and your realtor. MP900422125 resized 600

According to iMore.com, these four mobile apps are a must:

1.  REALTOR.com
The Realtor.com app pulls in homes for sale from over 800 different MLS databases. Almost all of them are also refreshed every 15 minutes. That means you get pretty much up to the date information on properties that come on the market almost every hour.

2.  Credit Karma
Before searching for a home, it's important to be sure you can get financing (unless you're paying cash). Credit Karma is a great tool that's available for free and can give you an estimated score that's provided by TransUnion, as well as an overview of how your score was calculated. What a bank sees may be a little different but the general consensus has been that Credit Karma is fairly accurate and generally within a few points.

3.  Mortgage Calculator and Mortgage Rates by Realtor.com
Before you start looking for a home, it's a good idea to know exactly what you can afford. Mortgage Calculator and Mortgage Rates by Realtor.com lets you input your income and other information and then lets you know what you can reasonably afford. You can also grab mortgage rates from many different sources all in one place.

4.  Homesnap
Homesnap lets you snap a picture of a home and view information about it. Instead of searching in your area and then going to look at houses, if you see a house for sale that interests you, Homesnap can tell you all about it. You can see at a quick glance basic details such as bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage.
