Surprises can be great…just not when you’re selling your home!  When Liz launched Liz Moore & Associates in 2003, the business model was developed around reinventing the real estate experience to achieve better results for our clients.  To that end, we offer a variety of services up front to all of our seller clients – at our expense:selling your home

  • A pre-listing appraisal by an independent, third party appraiser.  This enables us to take an objective look at any value issues that we may encounter, so that you are armed with that powerful information before you begin negotiating.

  • A pre-listing home inspection performed by an independent home inspector.  Being aware of any condition or repair issues in advance is a huge advantage to our sellers:  not only will you have the ability to correct issues without the 11th hour pressure of a looming closing, but are able to consider the whole picture when deciding on price and terms.

  • A staging consultation with a professional stager.  We understand that how you live in a home is different from how you sell it.  And, we also understand that staging a home to sell can result in significant additional returns for our sellers.

Yes, these services are expensive.  But, we feel that they are essential to maximizing your bottom line and delivering an exceptional client experience, and accordingly they are well worth the investment we make.  We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Whether you’re a buyer or a seller, a knowledgeable REALTOR can mean the difference in thousands of dollars in your pocket.  Looking for a recommendation?  E-mail me at liz@lizmoore.com, and I would be happy to match you with a GREAT agent, whose expertise will guide you to a successful home sale or purchase!
